Hi! We’re Allison & Sydney Sims, “Dell’s Daughters.” We started this agency to help brands and businesses grow their social media presence. We know that running a business is a full time commitment and having to keep multiple platforms up to date and uniform can become a dreaded task that ultimately gets placed on the back burner.
In today’s day and age we see how crucial a strong social media presence has become. Social media platforms now act as the deciding factor in many consumers final decisions. That’s where we come in!

Allison blends a strong marketing foundation with a distinctive creative edge. With a background in marketing and social media management, she has contributed to major brand platforms, including work Cadillac and Buick websites, bringing a strategic and detail-oriented approach to digital storytelling.
Beyond marketing, Allison is an accomplished artist specializing in mural painting and custom sneaker design. Her work is rooted in bold visuals and originality, allowing her to bring brands to life in ways that feel both authentic and visually impactful. This combination of creative talent and marketing expertise gives her a unique ability to craft content that not only captures attention but leaves a lasting impression.
Sydney brings nearly 12 years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, building her career from the ground up to her current role as Director of Events. Her background spans some of Detroit’s most recognized venues, including the Roostertail and Garden Theater, along with private social clubs and the successful opening and management of a five-star restaurant. Throughout her career, she has led and developed teams of 20 people, blending operational excellence with a strong eye for guest experience.
Now based in Dallas, Sydney channels that same passion into marketing curating content that feels authentic, elevated and community-driven. She has a natural ability to spotlight local businesses and create meaningful connections between brands and their audiences, bringing both strategy and real-world experience to everything she touches.
